the rice experiment result

so we took the phone apart and put it in a bowl full of a rice!
we took out this morning to see if it worked and it did!

in my mom's case, her phone was overheating and she couldn't answer her phone.
but i think if there is even more damage then it will still work!

ok, so if you have a 'wet phone' then you should test the rice experiment!

wet phones and rice

so, this morning, my mom screamed while in the bathroom.
she dropped her phone in the toilet.
i laughed.
and she keeps saying. "IT'S GOT A FEVER!"
and "It's dying!!!"
Of course, I probably would've said that myself. Mother like Daughter.
So, I told my mom, to put it in a bowl of rice.
I don't know if it will work though.
Apparently, it absorbs all the water...that makes sense.
MAGIC RICE?

facebook.com, the revolution, and texting.

I mean, everyone these days has a facebook right? people fake their ages and make an account.

Some people, like me for instance, are on there everyday, because, to say, we're addicted.
Social networking sites let's you connect to people without actually seeing them, so, I'm guessing, everyone is on there so they can talk to their friends.

What alot of people do is have "Poke Wars". You can poke someone...? I don't get it. But I am having a Poke War with S.Z, D.D, and A.T.
I mean, poking people is fun, through web and internet.

Not to take all the credit, but i started a FACEBOOK REVOLUTION!
when i didn't have access to myspace.com anymore, I created a facebook account and invited everyone off of my contacts. I had over 400 people in my contacts. :) and that's when everyone started to sign up. I feel proud for starting something.

I stopped emailing and started to use facebook messaging. But, nobody emails that much anymore anyways. They text.
And now we move into the subject of texting.
I really, seriously don't text as much as my friends do.
Sometimes I go three-five days without it.
and if I get one text message and reply,
my mom tells me I'm addicted.
WTF?
well, that's life for me anyways.

will talk soon,
buhbye.

Seattle Torchlight Parade

The Seattle Torchlight Parade! it was super fun! lot's of cool floats. but the best part was the people sitting next to us. not to be racist or anything, but they were black. and you know,,,the guy that was there kept getting up when girls passed by, and started dancing!!! hahaha, his stomach jiggled, he was pretty, um, BIG. and one of the FireFighters came, and she was a girl, so he kept yellin, FIRELADIES! and then he would dance and then he got a hug from one,,,,and OMG MY FIRELADY is giving hugs to other dudes! and then he encouraged his son to run out into the parade to get a glowy bracelet that dropped off one of the dancers. he was proud.

AND! Apollo Ohno, the olympic medalsit in speed-skating was in the parade!
my mom got a nice picture of him too!
